1. What does it mean the Dedicated Channel?
It's a dedicated Landline phone system directly connected with PSTN provider, e.g. Bell , Primus, All Stream, Telus with access to local and long distance telephone calls, fax, data service and the internet.

2.   How it works?
It works the same way as regular PSTN line works but divided into channels with an endpoint equipment.
Dedicated Business Connection is a dedicated cable in client's office with several separate phone lines with full call attributes like Caller ID, Name Display, Call Waiting and Visual Call waiting.

3. How is the voice clarity?
The voice clarity is excellent as well as it gives you voice stability for any kind of office PBX setup.

4.   Is it VOIP?
The VoIP technology uses the public internet access where as dedicated connection provides the direct termination at client's office and the dedicated line connected to the PSTN provider.

5.   How many lines can we take?
You can take minimum of 4 voice lines up to 100s of line as per your need.
You can also take 2 voice lines and internet access as a combo.

6.   What is DSL connection? What is the speed of Internet Access?
DSL (Digital Subscriber Line) technology provides digital data transmission over the wires of Local telephone network.
DSL technology designed for Home/Business users who demand speed, value and high level of service.
The speed is 6Mbps/800Kbps means download speed is 6 Mbps and upload speed is 800 Kbps.

7.   Why can't we take DSL connection separately?
You can take the internet access separately but it won't be cost effective for the business.
We can provide you minimum of 2 lines and internet access together.

8.   What is the end point equipment?
The End point equipment simply interfaces between Physical line and PBX system.

9.   How we connect with PBX?
We connect through endpoint equipment and interface unit between physical cable and PBX

10.   What features can we get with the phone line (Caller ID, Call waiting etc)?
The phone line comes with full call attributes like Caller ID, Name Display, Call Waiting and Visual Call waiting.

11. Does it support 911?
Yes it support 911 facility. How ever this facility is not available and will be started in near future.

12.  Does it support the Fax facility?
Yes it support incoming and outgoing fax facility.

13. Can we switch our numbers (number porting) to the Xeelogs Telecom?
Yes the number portability is allowed and you can switch to our network with your existing numbers. All your existing number can be switch to Xeelogs Telecom. You can also get the new numbers as per your requirement.

14.  What is Unlimited plan included for North America and International Calls?
It's a plan you can take with the phone lines for dialing Local, long distance and International calls with a fix monthly plan as well as per minute basis.

15. Can we get the solution for call centre and other business needs?
Yes it can also provide the Call centre solution. Our In-house expert's custom design and integrate the business applications suited to your operation into a seamless communications that will grow with your business.
