If you're experiencing difficulties, chances are that it's not due to your Xeelogs service, but a simple equipment failure on your own end. Most problems are easily fixed simply by restarting your computer, resetting your modem or digital converter, or something similar.

One of the most common issues, when you notice your services operate worse at certain times of the day, is that an alarm system is unfiltered and interfering with the telecommunications signal as it tries to send updates to the alarm company. Contact your alarm company to acquire a special filter that will resolve the issue. Sometimes customers forget to use similar filters, which we include free when we deliver your modem, that should be connected to all the phones in their house to distinguish between their telephone and internet signals. Be sure to check all jack outlets and ensure you are using these filters.

We're glad to offer you a toll-free tech support line if you have tried to resolve the issue but need help, and will work with you until you're satisfied that everything is working as desired. If you prefer to communicate over e-Mail, that is also free and will be promptly handled.

We can send a technician out to your location to fix the problem in-person, but visits do cost money and we strongly suggest you exhaust all other avenues first.
